These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Imprint Base Hub website and the services we provide. By placing an order or browsing this site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
Imprint Base Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based custom print business. You can contact us at hello@imprintbasehub.co.uk.
2. Orders & acceptance
An order placed through the site constitutes an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send you an order confirmation by email — at that point a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to decline any order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the point of order via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not store full card details on our servers.
4. Customer-supplied artwork
You warrant that you own or have permission to reproduce any artwork you upload. We will not be liable for breach of third-party rights arising from artwork you supply. We may decline to print material that, in our reasonable opinion, is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
5. Production & delivery
Production turnaround starts once we’ve confirmed artwork is print-ready (typically within 24 hours of order). Quoted turnaround times are working days and do not include shipping. Delivery dates are estimates given by our couriers.
6. Returns & cancellations
Personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will replace or refund any item that arrives faulty, damaged, or that materially differs from the proof you approved. See our Returns Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the date you placed the order.
