For raster images, 300 DPI at final print size is ideal. Lower-resolution files may print, but we’ll always flag any quality concerns before going to production.

Standard production is 3–5 business days for metal prints and 5–7 for embroidery / DTF. Express tier guarantees 48–72 hours from artwork approval.

When we confirm your artwork is print-ready, not at the moment of checkout. We’ll let you know within 24 hours of order if anything looks off.

Yes — we ship across the EU, Republic of Ireland, US and Canada. International orders are shipped tracked with DPD or DHL.

No minimum on standard orders. For B2B bulk pricing we recommend 10+ pieces — message us via the contact form and we’ll quote against your spec.

Strongly recommended. Place a single-unit order at the standard rate; if you proceed to the bulk run we’ll credit the sample cost against the larger invoice.

We’ll replace any item that arrives damaged or doesn’t match the artwork we proofed — no quibbles. Photos help us improve, so we ask for them where possible.

Under UK consumer law personalised items aren’t generally returnable, but our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects and artwork mismatches.

Extremely durable when cared for properly: 30°C wash inside out, avoid tumble drying, iron reverse only. Done right, prints stay vibrant for years.
