Imprint Base Hub respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
Data we collect
- Account & order data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order history.
- Payment data: tokenised payment information handled by Stripe / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay. We do not store full card details.
- Uploaded artwork: the file you provide for production. Retained for 90 days for reorder convenience unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Usage data: pages visited, device type, approximate location — collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use your data
- To fulfil orders and provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, dispatch notes).
- With your consent: marketing newsletters, drop announcements, and offers.
- To detect fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of contract (to fulfil orders), consent (marketing), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, analytics).
Third-party processors
We share data only with processors that help us run the business — payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google), couriers (Royal Mail, DPD), email infrastructure (Postmark / Resend) and analytics (Plausible / GA4). Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion (subject to legal retention rules).
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — for any marketing communication at any time.
